Getting Started

Opening the StreamUP Hotkey Display dock

To open the dock, in the top left of OBS press ‘Docks’ then you can click both the ‘StreamUP Hotkey Display Dock’. This will open the docks

You can then click and drag the dock to lock them into your specified area in OBS. Or you can just leave them undocked. To initiate the plugin, press ‘Enable Hook’. It will immediately start listening for hotkey presses.

Settings

Clicking the small cog next to the ‘Hook’ button will open the settings menu.

1. This will turn on the ability to send the keypresses to a Text Source.
2. Select the Scene the text source is on.
3. Select the Text source on the chosen scene.
4. Add text to appear at the beginning of the text source.
5. Add text to appear at the end of the text source.
6. How long the hotkey stays active for in the dock and on the text source.
