You will be able to add and remove triggers and also change the requirements for a trigger such as: Make it so a certain number of bits need to be cheered to trigger.

To add a new trigger just do the following:
Find a StreamUP product in your Actions list you would like to add a new trigger to.
Right click in the Triggers window on the right and select a trigger from the dropdown. There are many different triggers to choose from in all of the sub-menus.
Depending on the trigger there may be some more settings you can edit. Such as what value Super Chat is needed for this trigger to work.
Once selected you can right click the created trigger and press Test Trigger to see if it works with your selected StreamUP product
