User Guide

Alright, now that you have installed everything that is required into Streamer.Bot it is time to start using the product. If you are unsure what some of the settings were and what they did you can see explanations at the bottom of this guide.

How to Use

1. When you run the settings action, then press save and close. If you have ‘Custom Source’ selected, you will be prompted to finish the setup in OBS with the following message:

   

2. In OBS the following will be displayed and you can select the source using the Clone dropdown menu. Hit OK when you are happy.

   

3. You can choose how you want to active the effect by selecting the ‘’ action and right clicking in the Triggers box in the top right and selecting a trigger. The effect will work with most triggers that have some form of message input as it will be written in the white text under wasted. Such as ‘Twitch Cheer, Channel Point, YouTube SuperChat, etc.

   

4. Once happy you can test it’s all working by right clicking the trigger you made and pressing ‘Test Trigger’

   

Settings

This is an overview of what all the settings do. You can access this menu by going to the GTA Wasted • Settings action then right clicking the Test trigger, then press Test Trigger.

General Settings

OBS Connection Number

• Description: The number assigned to your OBS connection in Streamer.Bot. This can be found on the left of your OBS connection in the 'Stream Apps -> OBS' tab.
• Options:
  • 0: Default OBS connection number.
  • Additional numbers correspond to other OBS connections you may have set up.

Select Source

• Description: Select if you want to choose a custom source or use the current scene when the effect triggers
• Options:
  • Current Scene: This will apply the effect to your current scene
  • Custom Source: This will apply the effect to a source of your choosing
